Nicole Downgraded To Tropical Storm 11/10/22 Hurricane Nicole made landfall early Thursday along the east coast of Florida. It has since been downgraded to a tropical storm. Still, much of Florida is still feeling the impacts with strong winds, dangerous storm surge and heavy rain.
