Arcadia Police Department
The Arcadia Police Department received a complaint from a female victim who had been hit in the head with a bottle, causing injuries. The victim told the Officer that a physical altercation inside of the bar ensued, and this is when she was hit. After further investigation, Barney Hutson (63) was arrested for Aggravated Battery-Cause Bodily Harm.
