Active Fugitive Search
The Hardee County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for the pictured person, Morgan Miguel Garcia, in reference to an incident which occurred on 3/19/2024. During this incident, Garcia fired at deputies and fled on foot. He was last seen in the area of Oak Lane, south of Zolfo Springs, wearing a grey shirt. Garcia should be considered armed and dangerous.
