“There is a difference between someone battling addiction and someone who simply doesn’t care. This individual is the latter. His behavior could easily have cost someone their life and his actions show that he feels no remorse. He clearly has no regard for others, which is evident by the reckless discharge of the firearm and in the threatening of my deputies. That won’t fly in my county.”
